Access

Phase-1 contributor access

Public reading remains open, but contribution is intentionally limited while the platform establishes moderation norms and refines the posting experience.

Who can post during phase-1?

Only invited contributors on the seed network allowlist can sign in and use write actions.

Can anyone still browse the product?

Yes. Official profiles, evidence-backed posts, and score explanations remain readable to the public.

Scoring

How scoring works

These rules explain how post votes affect individual feedback items and the official’s aggregate public sentiment score.

What is official impact on a feedback card?

Impact is computed per post using: weighted agreement x sentiment direction.

Is agreement score just agree minus disagree?

Agreement uses contributor trust weights. Trusted votes count fully; new contributor votes have reduced weight.

Do agree/disagree mean positive or negative?

No. Votes express agreement with the post’s claim. Sentiment determines whether agreement helps or lowers the official score.

How is the official score computed?

The official score is the sum of all post impacts for that official.

Content

Evidence and moderation

These rules cover what can be submitted, how reporting works, and what happens once a post enters moderation.

What counts as a valid source?

A public link that supports the claim: article, report, video, official release, or public document.

What happens when I report a post?

Your report enters the moderation queue for admin review. Reports do not automatically change scores.

What does “pending reports under admin review” mean?

It means one or more users flagged that post and admins have not finalized a moderation status yet.

Moderation policy

Enforcement actions and appeals

What each enforcement action means, what it affects, and how to appeal a decision.

What does a warning mean?

A warning is a formal notice about policy violations. It does not block posting by itself.

What does a restriction mean?

A restriction temporarily blocks write actions, including submitting feedback, reports, and official submissions.

What does a ban mean?

A ban blocks write actions for a longer or indefinite period, depending on severity and repeat behavior.

How can I appeal an enforcement action?

If your account has an active restriction or ban, use the appeal form on your profile page. Admins review appeals and record the final decision.
